Valves for Foul & Surface Water Pumping Systems

Ball Check Valves

Designed to prevent back flow in waste water pumping systems and are considered to be the best sewage check valve due to their ability to handle solids in suspension without clogging.

The inclusion of ball check valves is a pre-requisite for any pumping station to comply with BS EN12050.

Connection size range from 1 1/4" BSP to DN300 flanged.

Resilient Seat Gate Valves

Flanged wedge type bolted gate valve conforming to harmonized European Standard EN 1171:2002 (BS1171:2002 and DIN 3352 part 4).

The ideal choice for manual tight shut off in water/wastewater systems. Body and cover in SG Iron GGG40 - epoxy coated, NBR coated wedge.

Flanged connections DIN PN10, size range DN40 to DN400.

Air Release Valves

Automatic air release valves used to evacuate pockets of air that accumulates in the undulations of rising mains.

Constructed in GS400-12 iron, stainless steel orifice and polypropylene float with adjustable flanges that can be changed to suit the different nominal pressures.

Connection size range 1" BSP to DN200 flanged.
